Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts between Fynn Andrees and users of Winget-Repo Cloud, including both private and business customers.

2. Subject Matter

Winget-Repo Cloud is a cloud service for operating a private Winget repository with a web interface and additional features.

3. Registration

Registration is required to use the service. Users must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials confidential.

4. Prices and Payment

Where paid plans are offered, the prices published on our website apply. Payments are made in advance via the offered payment methods through Stripe.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced whenever possible.

6. User Obligations

Users may not misuse the service, in particular by distributing malware or using it for illegal purposes. Each user is solely responsible for the content and software packages they upload, including ensuring that such content is free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components. Users shall indemnify and hold Winget-Repo Cloud harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content they upload or distribute.

In cases of abusive or excessive use of traffic or system resources, we reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend access to the service in order to maintain stability and availability for all users.

7. Content Responsibility and Notice-and-Takedown

Winget-Repo Cloud does not perform a prior review of uploaded content. If we are made aware of illegal or harmful content, we will take reasonable steps to remove or disable access to such content promptly. Users can notify us of suspected harmful or unlawful uploads via mail: support@winget-repo.io

8. Limitation of Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages. We assume no liability for the correctness, security, or legality of user-uploaded content.

9. Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time. We may terminate the contract for cause, in particular in case of violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to adjust these Terms. We will notify users of material changes at least 30 days in advance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office.
